Refunding Policy

ascrion hopes everyone who registers for GCP-Health will be able to attend; however, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur that may require you to cancel your registration. This page details our cancellation and refund policy and provides instructions on how to cancel a registration.

How to cancel
Any request by a registered participant (registrant) must be received in writing via e-mail to the GCP-Health contact address provided in your online registration receipt and registration confirmation e-mail. Please provide your full name, company, and the event you are registered to attend. Upon receipt of your cancellation notice, our GCP-Health team will process your request and send you an email confirming your cancellation. Refund for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

• For GCP-Health, a request for cancellation (and refund) will be accepted until April 30th, 2020. As soon as the features “Send meeting request” feature and  "Participant list" are fully available to all participants, refunding is no longer possible. These features will be available from May 1st, 2020.
• All approved refunds are subject to an administration fee to offset charges. A cancellation fee of 10% of the registration fee will apply to cover costs incurred concerning your registration.
• Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organisation or institution from which the payment was received. All refunds will be processed using the original form of payment and in the original currency.
• An alternative delegate name may be provided in writing to avoid cancellation fees. The invoice for the new registration will be revised accordingly.
